Examinations of Rajiv Gandhi University of Technology (RGPV) will be held from June 15 to July 31 in various engineering and polytechnic colleges in the state. Due to Kovid-19 infection, the candidates will be given the facility to take the exam at their nearest examination center. According to official sources, this decision was taken at a recent meeting chaired by Governor Lalji Tandon in the presence of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Arrangements are being made as per the decision and the examiners are not inconvenienced at the examination centers, so instructions have been given to the collectors to not make the institution’s educational building and hostel a quarantine center of Kovid-19.
It has also been instructed that if a quarantine center has been built in the building of a center in the past, then it should be ensured that the examination center is duly sanitized by transferring it to another relevant building. Instructions have been given to all the Collector and all the Superintendents of Police that in view of the circumstances arising out of the global pandemic Kovid-19 infection, the examinees should not face any inconvenience in reaching the examination centers and the students should not be deprived of the examination for any reason. Therefore, the admit card issued by the university to the candidates should be accepted for traffic. Students appearing in the examination should not have any problem in staying / staying in local government and private hostel / hotel.
Due to Kovid-19 or due to other unavoidable reasons, the university will conduct examinations in the second phase from July 27 for the students who are deprived of the theoretical examination of the eighth semester.
