Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline to 31 May for the last date for changing the examination center and improving the application form on Friday. Regarding this, the KEA has issued a notification on the official website. It has been said in the notification that the last date for changing the center and improving the application form has been extended till May 31. The authority has taken this decision at the behest of many candidates. Let us tell you that Karnataka Combined Entrance Examination (KCET-KCET) to be conducted for admission in Engineering, AYUSH, Pharmacy and Agriculture courses in Karnataka will now be held on 30 and 31 July. Higher education minister of Karnataka, Dr. CN Ashwath Narayan gave this information on Wednesday. Narayan said, “We have decided to hold the KCET exam on July 30 and 31 this year.”
He said that so far 1.92 lakh applications have been received, while 1.2 lakh people will appear for this examination. Regarding the recently launched ‘Get CET Go’ program, the Minister said that it is designed to help students prepare for KCET and NEET 2020. The examination was scheduled in the last week of April or May which was postponed due to the coronavirus epidemic.
