The application date for admission in Uttar Pradesh ITI has been increased once again. The applications were to be accepted by 31 August. Now candidates dreaming of admission in ITI will be able to apply by September 7. After this, the counseling process will start.
This will be the last chance to get admission in ITI. SCVT officials said that the application date has been extended for the second time. This may be the last time the application date has been extended. A total of 3,73,180 candidates have applied so far.
Admission will be based on merit
According to SCVT officials, there are a total of 1,20,575 seats in state ITIs in the state, including courses related to the central and state government. At the same time, private ITIs have 3,71,732 seats related to the central government curriculum.
These seats in ITI will be admitted on merit basis only. It is the responsibility of the SCVT. General and backward class candidates applying for the first time will have to pay a fee of Rs 250 and SC / ST candidates Rs 150.
