Lucknow University has started applications for admission in Diploma, Advance Diploma, PG Diploma and Certificate courses for the session 2020-21 from Monday. The last date is 31 August. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the university website.
Admission to these courses will be done by merit. The application fee is Rs 1000 for general and OBC candidates and Rs 500 for SC and ST category. The minimum fee of the course is 18 thousand rupees. The university administration has made it clear that the candidates taking admission in these courses will not be regular students of the university. They will also not have the rights of regular students. However, they will be allowed to use the library and e-library.
Admission will not run the course: The university has fixed the minimum number of seats in each course. Courses will not be conducted on admissions less than this. Admission to at least 20 seats in courses with 30 seats or more and admission to at least 10 seats in courses with less than 30 seats is mandatory.
